How to read the Revision version

x= Major Revision/addition in the rules

y = Minor rules revisions

z = Format revision only, no rule changes

This way you can tell when the rules you have printed/saved/whatever are up to date or not. If the x or y number has changed so have the rules, but if only z has then you're still OK.
